  • Public Hearing and Action on 200 South Ashley Street Site Plan, 0.11 acre. A proposal to construct a 29,512-square foot, eight-story, mixed-used (retail/restaurant/office/residential) building with parking below ground.
  • Public Hearing and Action on Barton Green Zoning and Area Plan, 31.93 acres, west side of Pontiac Trail north of Skydale Drive. A request to zone this parcel R4A (Multiple-Family Dwelling District) and a proposal to develop 253 residential units in 19 buildings, a community building, and 545 parking spaces (tabled at 5/16/06 meeting).



  1. The big news from last night’s Council meeting is that Ron Suarez (D-First Ward) came out in opposition to putting the new court/police facility on the Library Lot.
