  1. Julie, did you attend or watch it? I’m curious about the tax abatement item brought by council member Rapundalo. The News doesn’t have coverage of that item online.

  3. Thanks, John Q. I saw it when I checked again. Gantert’s article either was posted later or I just missed it the first time.

    I also found out that the little item headings to the left of the item description in the online council agenda (D-1 in this case) are links to pdfs of the resolution in question.

    Just having skimmed it briefly, I’m initially pleased with the outcome.

  4. Say, does anybody know the substance of the proposed change to the definition of Two-Family Dwelling that the Planning Commission is considering tonight?

  5. Bob N, I don’t have a copy of the text, but that topic was tabled after much discussion when the Commissioners realized they didn’t really know what effect the change in definition might have. They decided they needed more discussion amongst themselves, input from staff, and input from the public before making the change.
