  1. Mutter mutter…will there be street-level retail? I can’t tell, and don’t remember from the original proposal. My dim memory tells me this was a sticking point, but someone correct me if I’m wrong.

    This wasn’t my favorite proposal out of the three, but again, something is better than nothing.

  2. The Quickie liquor license should be interesting – there are no bars on the Packard Hill State triangle right now, though there’s lots and lots of beer pong down Packard and lots and lots of beer sold at Blue Front / Campus Corners.

  4. Young Urban Amateur,

    The PUD for City Apartments was approved at the Nov. 6 meeting . Site plan for City Apartments where the alley issues will likely come up is, I think going to come before council on Dec. 1.

    Quickie Burger decision was postponed at the Nov. 6 meeting to this past Monday’s meeting where the license transfer was approved.
